Position Overview

If you’re passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence to revolutionize the legal industry, we’re always looking for a talented and motivated Technology Product Developer to join our dynamic team. As a part of the Realize-365 team you will be at the forefront of driving the evolution of our platform, ensuring it remains a cutting-edge solution for expediting medical records analysis. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with users to understand their needs, and shape the product roadmap to enhance the user experience.

As a Technology Product Developer, you will serve as a subject matter expert in the intersection of medical and legal technology domains, overseeing projects that require a comprehensive understanding of data, systems, and industry-specific requirements. Your role involves investigating, analyzing, designing, and implementing technical solutions with a focus on medical-legal workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Product Development Leadership:

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for Realize 365, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements (see next point)

• Specification Development: Develop detailed specifications for system modifications and additions, ensuring alignment with medical-legal requirements and standards.

• User-Centric Approach:

• Conduct market research and engage with users to gather insights, understanding their pain points and needs.

• Utilize user feedback to inform product decisions, ensuring Realize-365 continues to meet and exceed user expectations.

• Liaison between Marketing and End-Users: provide technical support for end-users in medical and legal departments, to develop training resources (Such as “How to videos”) for end-users on new features and functionality to enhance user proficiency.

• Platform Optimization:

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Develop strategies to enhance platform usability, efficiency, and overall user satisfaction.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure effective product launches and user engagement.

• Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders (legal professionals or med experts)  to align product development with business strategy.

• Budget Management: Monitor and track budgetary allocations for human resources, maintenance, outside services, and capital expenditures related to medical-legal IT projects.
• Quality Assurance: Verify that completed projects meet specified medical-legal requirements and adhere to programming standards, conducting thorough testing and providing comprehensive documentation of outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the healthcare or SaaS industry (or medical legal domain)
• Strong understanding of medical records management (or medical and legal workflows) and the challenges associated with healthcare data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in IT/technology solutions implementation and system analysis.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry is a plus
